I purchased it because Refurbished was cheaper than normal, but a broken product arrived.

It did not recognize the USB type-C cable, so it was in a state that it could not charge.

Since the defect was found on the first day, I immediately reported it to EXPANSYS.

E-mail from EXPANSYS-JP will be answered with a delay of 1 or 2 days. Because they give only e-mail of less information, the story does not progress very easily.

It took me a whole 5 days, EXPANSYS was finally told me to exchange.

However, "Because it is a Refurbish item, I will exchange it, but I do not know when the product will arrive." . .

I do not care what color the item is. I want to send it by two weeks later. But EXPANSYS can not promise me that. EXPANSYS told me that I wanted to refund me.

Friday's business hours have ended without telling me, how much refund or when to pay ...
