Keeps freezing [Samsung i200 - 164434]

Just bought this unit and it keeps freezing for no apparent reason. Have to remove battery to get it going again.

i have the same issue with 4 of my users that have this handset.  They freeze when you dial a number - sometimes (it says "dialling" in the display but never connects nor can you drop the call).  The only way to get it going again is to switch it off & on again.  Have sent one back to my reseller, although I don't know what they are going to do with it - firmware upgrade possibly?

Would love to know if anyone has other experiaences of this?
