If you order on the expansys.com.sg, GST for SG users is calculated on checkout, and prices for individual items on the product pages are shown as GST inclusive. Note that if an item is under SG400 tax is excluded, but if you order multiple items pushing your order above SG400 tax will be calculated on checkout.
