I have purchased a h500 headset and y have lost the user guide.Can anybody tell me the manufacturer password for the first link with my phone?

Hi I have just purchased a h500 headset as well and have lost the user guide. So the pass word is 0000, but my phone wont find the headsed- what is pairing mode?
