Does this include the volume rocker switch and camera cover? [HTC Touch HD Battery Cover BC S340 - 173042]

Hi,

 Just wondering whether this replacement back cover for the HTC Touch HD includes both the silver camera lense cover and the volume rocker switch.

 I purchased a replacement cover through eBay (from Hong Kong) and while it had the camera cover, it didn't have the volume switch nor the speaker grill. I makes it hard to use because I need to use the stylus to change the volume!
