I have just recieved one of the Xpansys retractable car chargers, but the green light doesn't come on (with or without ignition) and the Sony Clie doesn't say charging, so I assume it is faulty? Any thoughts?

Sound like it is faulty. If you contact Sales on 0161 868 0868 then they will advise you on how return it for a replacement.
