Not working! [AnyCom BTM-100 Bluetooth Mini Mouse - 115745]

I have just purchased an Anycom Bluetooth Mini Mouse. It has connected to my laptop and will let me right/ left click and scroll but it will not actually move the icon. Please let me know whether I need to do anything further with regard to installation of whether I have a faulty mouse. Thanks Sarah
